Speed Queen App

Bluestone Laundromat machines allow for mobile payments using the Speed Queen App. With the Speed Queen App, you can pay for and start machine cycles, as well as receive notifications when the machine has completed its cycle.

“The Speed Queen app makes it easy to pay for a washer or dryer right from your phone. No more last-minute searching for quarters or wondering if machines are available.

Enter a location, view machine availability, pay from your phone and you are ready to go. We’ll even let you know when your laundry is almost finished. Your best laundry day starts now.”

How to use

1. Download the Speed Queen app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™.

2. Select Sign Up or Log In and follow the steps to set up your Speed Queen Laundry account.

3. Enter the verification code from your email into the app to complete setup.*

   1. *If you did not receive the verification code, be sure to check your spam/junk folder in your email.

4. Select your Speed Queen Laundry store by entering the 6-digit location pin or by scanning the QR code in-store.

5. To add money to your Speed Queen account, select “Your account balance” in the app and choose a payment method: credit or debit card, Apple Pay®, or add funds in-store with credit, debit or cash*.
